He also is the Founder of Music City Dream Cars. He holds an MBA from Samford University and brings a hands-on, strategic approach to every project. Jonathan, 40, lives in Nashville with his wife, Lauren, and their son, Dax.

Creative Director
Lauren brings a strong background in marketing and communications, having served as Communications Director at Amazima Ministries for four years. Her expertise includes marketing strategy, email campaigns, and creative direction. As part of the development team, she played a key role in helping raise over $8 million in annual funding for the organization. Her passion for impactful storytelling and strategic marketing drives JBowman Creative’s vision. Lauren, 35, lives here in Nashville with her husband, Jonathan, and their son, Dax.
Christina Pink
Graphic Design Lead
Christina is a dedicated and skilled designer in areas of branding, graphics, and layout design. She brings the strategy to life, providing creative and memorable connections for customers through visual design. As a seasoned entrepreneur in the graphic design industry, she holds a BS with Graphic Design Specialization from La Roche College and certifications in Business Design through IDEOU and creativity neuroscience with Central Queensland University. Christina, 44, an avid traveler, splits residency between SE Asia and Pittsburgh.
Geoff Ice
Creative Director
Geoff is an experienced marketing leader and creative strategist with a proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and eCommerce. Before joining JBowman Creative, Geoff served as Director of Marketing & eCommerce at DesignWorks Collective, where he oversaw seven global lifestyle brands including Paddywax, Archipelago Botanicals, and Gentlemen’s Hardware. Geoff holds an MBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and brings a strategic, hands-on approach to helping clients grow and thrive. Geoff, 39, lives in Nashville with his wife, Abbi, and their two daughters.

Lilla is a skilled web designer and certified UX designer with a solid background in marketing. Holding an MBA with a specialization in Marketing, she combines her understanding of consumer behavior with her design skills to create user-focused, intuitive digital experiences. Lilla designs visually striking and functional websites, emphasizing seamless navigation and responsiveness. Her strategic and thoughtful approach ensures that each project is both aesthetically pleasing and highly effective. Lilla is also a yoga instructor and enjoys spending time with her dog, Limón.

He moved to the U.S. in the late ’90s and now lives in the Nashville area (Spring Hill) with his wife and two kids. Chris has over 20 years of photography experience and is a Part 107 certified drone pilot. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, fishing, playing guitar, and collecting watches.
