The challenge
Verta talks to three different people: a landowner or partner who needs a developer, an investor looking for direct real estate opportunities, and an operator who wants advisory help. Each has a different question, and a single what we do page serves none of them well. Verta needed a site that let each visitor find their door quickly, backed by real projects and real references.
